Participation in the contest constitutes a clear declaration of consent by each Participant and/or winner for the processing of their personal data, which is carried out in accordance with Law 4624/2019 and Regulation of the European Parliament 2016/679, for the needs of conducting and completing the contest. The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of each participant and/or winner is their consent, which is provided through their explicit and positive statement when filling out their participation form, after they have been sufficiently informed about the Personal Data processing policy and the Terms of Participation.
All Participants will provide the following personal data when submitting their participation form on the Website for their participation in the competition: Name, Surname of student and parent or guardian as well as mobile phone number and email address of the latter. The purpose of setting up this file, which contains the minimum data necessary for the needs of the effective conduct and completion of the contest, is the collection of participations in the competition and the selection of winners, the possibility of identifying the winners and informing the winners, and awarding of prizes.
The Organizers are responsible for processing both of the above personal data files, and the processing of the personal data contained therein will be performed by them.
The organizers, as controllers and processors in the context of their above duties, process the personal data of the participants in the competition exclusively for the needs of the competition and in any case in accordance with the relevant legislative framework.
Both of the above personal data files will be kept for archival purposes until 31.12.2023, when they will be permanently deleted by all Organizers.
All personal data subjects (Participants and/or winners) retain a) the right to be informed about the categories of data being processed, the purpose of the processing, its recipients, as well as the details of the data controller and those performing the processing, b ) the right of access according to which they receive information about the personal data concerning them, as well as about their origin, the purposes of the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients, the progress of the processing for the period of time since the previous information or their information, the logic of any automated processing and the notification to third parties to whom the data have been communicated c) the right to object, according to which they have the right to object at any time to the processing of data concerning them, so that they are not subject to processing as well as the right to correct and delete their personal data, d) the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data according to which consent can be withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effect and e) the right to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Ave. Kifisias no. 1-3, 11523 Athens, tel: 2106475600, email: complaints@dpa.gr.). At any time, each subject of personal data may exercise the above rights at his request, which he will address to the organizers electronically by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address info@pame-amsterdam.gr
If any of the Participants or winners of the Activity chooses not to provide the Personal Data that will be requested of them or withdraws their consent, this fact will automatically negate the possibility of their participation in the competition and the awarding of the prize respectively.
